Lions set to meet with OG Matt Slauson

According to Ian Rapoport, the Detroit Lions are scheduled to meet with free agent guard, Matt Slauson.

The 32-year old is going into his 10th season and was most recently with the Los Angeles Chargers. His season was cut short a year ago after he suffered a season-ending biceps injury in week 7.

He was originally drafted by the New York Jets in the sixth-round of the 2009 draft.

During his career, he has started a total of 101 games. He started all 16 games at center in 2016, but has predominantly lined up at guard.
