CB Malcolm Butler signing with the Tennessee Titans

According to Adam Schefter, the Tennessee Titans won the Malcolm Butler sweepstakes.

The Detroit Lions were reportedly interested, but ultimately did not land the Super Bowl hero.

The 5-foot-10 corner is signing a deal worth more than $61-million over five years. That’s $12.2-million per year. To put into perspective, CB Darius Slay makes just over $12-million per season.

Butler was PFF’s 51st ranked CB in 2017.

The Titans will be reuniting Butler with his old teammate, CB Logan Ryan.
